My client lives outside Quebec and has business income in Quebec. DT Max is not including the dividends in the calculation of the TP-1 return. Is this correct?

Dividends should be included when calculating the taxable income in Quebec.

As a workaround, please follow these steps:

1- Under the Prov-Residence keyword, select Quebec, this will enable you to enter information pertaining to dividends in Quebec under the relevant keywords (EligDiv-ActQue, Dividend-ActQue, Dividend-TaxQue, Dividend-QueCrd);

2- Then, change the province back to the taxpayer's province of residence under the Prov-Residence keyword.
